1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using GGProspect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GGProspect. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Recruiter accounts may only be used for legitimate collegiate recruiting purposes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including profile information, gameplay highlights, academic information, links, avatars, and other materials you add to your profile.
By submitting content to GGProspect, you grant GGProspect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and make that content available as needed to operate the Service, including displaying your profile through your profile link and, if enabled, in the player directory.
GGProspect will not use your name, image, likeness, gameplay clips, or profile content in external advertising or promotional materials without your permission.
You represent that your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or send inappropriate communications to any user.
- Use player contact information for spam, bulk outreach, marketing, scraping, resale, or any non-recruiting purpose.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
6. Recruiter access
Recruiter accounts may view player contact information made available through the Service. Recruiters agree to use that information solely for recruiting communications and to honor any opt-out requests promptly.
Recruiters are responsible for complying with all applicable school, conference, league, association, and recruiting rules.
GGProspect may suspend, terminate, or refuse future accounts or access for misuse of player information or other violations of these Terms.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed; some records may be retained as required by law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. GGProspect does not guarantee recruitment outcomes, scholarship offers, or roster placement.
GGProspect is not a university, college, athletics department, scholarship provider, recruiting agency, or agent of any player, school, team, or recruiter.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGProspect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
